Wave to MP3 Encoder is the program that takes your .WAV files and converts it into streamable MP3 files. You can set the Kilo-Byte-Per-Second (kbps) to whatever you want. We recommend no higher than 40 kpbs for 56kbps dial-up modems.

Tune GOO Button is a Free button that comes with sample HTML code so that you can modify the URL path for the mp3 file.
